My order shows as delivered, but I never received it. What are my options?

Please reach out to our dedicated support team at Support@Boiron.com. We will initiate an investigation and file a claim with USPS on your behalf to resolve the issue.

My order failed. Why?

There are a few reasons why your order has failed, and you will receive a specific error message when this occurs. Usually, it is for one of the following reasons:

  1. Your card has been declined.
  2. Your billing street or postal code does not match what is associated with your credit card.
  3. Your CVV code does not match your card.

If you feel your order failed in error, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company directly.

I forgot to enter the discount code at checkout. What are my options?

Please contact us at Support@Boiron.com. If the order has not been invoiced, we will be able to apply the discount and issue a refund for the price difference. However, please note that once an order has been invoiced, we are unable to make any price adjustments.

Can I call in my order?

Where do I buy Boiron medicines?

Boiron products are available nationwide at major retailers and drug store chains, as well as independent pharmacies and natural product stores.

To locate a retailer that sells Boiron medicines near you, please visit our online Store Finder and search using your ZIP code.

Why am I being charged tax?

The applicable sales tax charged on your order is based on the tax laws in each state. The tax rate applied to your order is calculated based on the combined state and local tax rates at the delivery or fulfillment address.

Can I pay for one order with multiple credit cards?

Currently, we can only accept one form of payment per order.

Why do I see a double charge on my credit card/PayPal?

If you notice duplicate charges on your credit card or PayPal account for the same amount and order number, it is likely due to a pending authorization. Typically, these duplicate charges will automatically disappear within 72 hours. However, if the charge remains in your account after this period or if it settles, please contact us at Support@Boiron.com.

Can I apply a coupon after placing an order?
