Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING TERMS
- Currently we only have USPS ground available as a shipping option. USPS is not allowing upgraded shipping at this time as they cannot guarantee a faster delivery time.
- We have two shipping warehouses- one in Pennsylvania and one in California. The goal is to ship from the closest warehouse unless there is an inventory issue in which case we will then ship from the opposite warehouse.
- Shipping is not available outside the Continental United States and Hawaii. We cannot ship to U.S. territories or internationally.Â
HOURS OF OPERATION
- Our warehouses are open to prepare and ship orders from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Any orders placed after 10:30AM will not be processed until the next business day.
RETURN POLICY
- Boiron must be notified of any missing or damaged products shipped to you within ten (10) days of receipt of your order.
- Please include a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned products. All returns will be processed within 15 business days. Please note that we will not refund your shipping cost for the return of new products. You have 30 days from receipt of package to return your products to Boiron. After 30 days your order is deemed as accepted. Please email shop.support@boiron.com and include your order number along with the quantity and product that were missing.
- Occasionally, items are damaged during shipping. Please contact us with your name and order number by email at shop.support@boiron.com so that we can send you your replacement product.
