Summary:
The Retail Media Specialist reports into the Ecommerce department, supporting the Retail Media Manager with the management of media campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, The Trade Desk, and others. The Retail Media Specialist focus on driving sales growth on these Media Networks in partnership with the internal Mass Market, Ecommerce, Digital and the Marketing team. This position is an ideal choice for the analytical individual who is curious and a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize advertising campaigns towards Boironโs priority sales and marketing KPIs.
- Develop campaign strategy and launch advertising campaigns across Retail Media Networks and ad-tech partners.
- Create recurring reporting, analytics, and performance insights for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor and report industry news.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different retail media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing team to share budget pacing.
- Work with Marketing team to identify optimal content needed to resonate with shoppers interacting with paid media efforts.
- Execute a results-driven retail media strategy.
- As required, assist with special projects related to important company initiatives (social media, digital marketing, email marketing, mobile programs, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree or relevant experience.
- Experience in digital sales or media on either the brand, retailer, or agency side, a big plus.
- Experience with Google Search Adwords, PPC and SEO is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of analytics and measurement tools for paid media and sales.
- Comfortable in analyzing dashboards and utilizing spreadsheets with mastery of basic excel formulas and pivot tables to extract and clearly communicate insights from murky data.
- Some overnight travel required including monthly visits to the headquarters office in Newtotwn Square, Pennsylvania.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Proficient with use of MS Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint.
- Strong writing skills preferred.
- Ability to be a creative thinker as well as an active listener.
