Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialistย at Boiron USAย is a mid-level role responsible for managing, optimizing, and executing performance-driven paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital and social advertising platforms. The role supports the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid media initiatives, with an emphasis on performance measurement and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Managerย and cross-functional partners, the Digital Marketing Specialist supports business development efforts by analyzing campaign performance, monitoring key metrics, and contributing insights that inform broader business goals and marketing initiatives. The position includes ownership of day-to-day campaign management, ongoing optimization activities, and performance reporting.

This role operates with a high level of independence and requires regular communication of campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders. The Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute to and lead strategic discussions related to channel performance, optimization opportunities, and overall media effectiveness.

Responsibilties:

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, creative, and budgets to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Generate and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage Google Ads and YouTube campaigns, including search, video, and display formats.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad copy and visual assets aligned with platform best practices.
  • Present campaign insights and performance trends regularly to Digital Marketing Manager, brand teams, and leadership.
  • Support retailers and eCommerce partners with requests, analytics, and online promotions.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools in the digital advertising space.
  • Work with third-party vendors and advertising partners to support Boironโ€™s digital campaigns.
  • Produce and enhance web content for digital and social campaigns.
  • Coordinate ongoing production and maintenance of Boironโ€™s product websites with the internal web team.
  • Assist vendor partners by clarifying priorities, tracking performance, and providing ongoing feedback to improve processes.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, business management, or related field.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), preferably in a business or agency environment; includes campaign setup, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and collaborative self-starter with a strong track record of internal client service and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with advertising tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social platform dashboards.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and present actionable insights.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new processes, tools, and platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of web development principles, Google Data Studio (Looker), or interactive web applications is a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, trainings, or industry events.
