According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), heart disease is a major problem in the United Sates, but it is preventable and controllable. To celebrate February as American Hearth Month, here are some tips from the CDC for starting your own journey towards better heart health:
– Eat a healthy diet.
– Maintain a healthy weight.
– Monitor your blood pressure.
– Don’t smoke.
– Limit alcohol use.
– Have your cholesterol checked.
– Manage your diabetes.
– Take your medicine.
And here’s one last tip: don’t forget your Arnicare! Starting a heart-healthy program, like a new exercise regimen, is likely to cause sore muscles, so keep a tube of Arnicare Gel on hand to relieve muscle pain and stiffness, and to reduce swelling and discoloration from bruises. For more information, visit Arnicare.com or check us out on Facebook and Twitter.

Hi Theresa,
We do not have anything indicated for blood pressure. As a manufacturer, we offer over-the-counter medicines with clear indications for acute conditions that can be safely relieved with self-medication. Each medicine is labeled with the most common acute condition it relieves. However, health care professionals may instruct their patients to use the medicine for other conditions not listed on the label.
Homeopathic treatments for chronic conditions are very specific to each patient. There may be a homeopathic treatment that addresses your condition, but we recommend consulting a practitioner knowledgeable in homeopathy. If you do not have a practitioner, please contact the National Center for Homeopathy at info@homeopathycenter.org or visit http://www.homeopathycenter.org.
Thanks!
