I would just like the list, plus potencies. Why does she show Arnica as 6C while the rest are 30C? Which potency is best for a home kit? Thank you.

I watched another Youtube video from Boiron, given by a man, who named 4 different remedies–Arnica, Nus vomica—but also? Ignatia? and ?Bryonia”? I can’t find that video again. Can you send me a link or, better, just tell me the remedies and the potencies? Thanks.
