Chucksays:

I have learned a lot from Joette in the past six months. Just used Ledum tonight!

Marthasays:

I would just like the list, plus potencies. Why does she show Arnica as 6C while the rest are 30C? Which potency is best for a home kit? Thank you.

Boironsays:

Hello Martha, the 6C dilution of Arnica is better for a first aid kit to treat a bump, bruise, or other small pain. But 30C works fine if that’s all you have. Hope that helps and feel free to call us at 1-800-BOIRON-1 if you have any more questions.

Marthasays:

I watched another Youtube video from Boiron, given by a man, who named 4 different remedies–Arnica, Nus vomica—but also? Ignatia? and ?Bryonia”? I can’t find that video again. Can you send me a link or, better, just tell me the remedies and the potencies? Thanks.

Boironsays:

Hi Martha, you can find all of our videos on the Boiron USA YouTube Channel. Click here to view our playlist of videos from Dr. Gary Kracoff with the single medicines you referenced.

Diana Hopesays:

It would be nice to have a First Aid Starter Kit from Boiron. I’ve had very good results with your single remedies.

Boironsays:

Hi Diana, that’s a great idea, I’ll share your suggestion with our team. Here’s a link to the kits we currently offer if you’re interested.
