Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing performance-driven paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, and YouTube. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, this role also supports eCommerce growth, analyzes campaign performance, and contributes to broader D2C and retail marketing initiatives.
Responsibilties:
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust targeting, creative, and budgets to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage Google Ads and YouTube campaigns, including search, video, and display formats.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad copy and visual assets aligned with platform best practices.
- Generate and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present campaign insights and performance trends regularly to Digital Marketing Manager, brand teams, and leadership.
- Support retailers and eCommerce partners with requests, analytics, and online promotions.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools in the digital advertising space.
- Work with third-party vendors and advertising partners to support Boironโs digital campaigns.
- Produce and enhance web content for digital and social campaigns.
- Coordinate ongoing production and maintenance of Boironโs product websites with the internal web team.
- Assist vendor partners by clarifying priorities, tracking performance, and providing ongoing feedback to improve processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing, business management, or related field.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), preferably in a business or agency environment; includes campaign setup, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and collaborative self-starter with a strong track record of internal client service and teamwork.
- Familiarity with advertising tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social platform dashboards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and present actionable insights.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new processes, tools, and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of web development principles, Google Data Studio (Looker), or interactive web applications is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, trainings, or industry events.
