We realize the radiation scare related to the nuclear plant accident in Japan could have prompted questions about the homeopathic medicines Radium bromatum and Kali iodatum. The homeopathic preparations of Radium bromatum 12X and above and Kali iodatum 1X and above are included in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS) and may be sold for over-the-counter indications such as those found on our labels. Radium bromatum HPUS is labeled for itching or lumbar pains.* Kali iodatum HPUS is labeled for colds with frontal sinus pain.* Radium bromatum HPUS (the homeopathic preparation of Radium bromide) and other homeopathic preparations are not intended for, or appropriate to be used for, accidental and widespread airborne radiation exposure. Kali iodatum HPUS (the homeopathic preparation of Potassium iodide) should not be confused with the potassium iodide pills currently in the news for thyroid protection.
To obtain updated CDC recommendations associated with radiation emergencies, we recommend that you visit http://emergency.cdc.gov/radiation/.
*Claims based on traditional homeopathic practice, not accepted medical evidence. Not FDA evaluated.

Hi My dentist offered me the Boiron brand of โx-rayโ pellets after receiving a CAT scan and many x-rays recently. I cannot find them in any of the local stores that carry an array of Boiron pellet tubes. I canโt even find it by searching on your website under the name on the tube X-Ray. Tube says HPUS NDC 0220-5344-41. Please advise, I want this as soon as possible. Cyndi Davis Magnolia, Tx zip code 77354
Hello Cyndi, the X-Ray strain can special ordered at your local natural product store that carries Boiron medicines. Ask a store associate and they will be able to help you. You can also call us at 1-800-264-7661 for a list of mail-order pharmacies.
Were you able to find the right Borion.
Curious Iโm in Houston if we saw the same dentist ?
I was given this Boiron x-ray pellets before have x-rays at the dentist, how exactly does it work in body?
Hi Stephanie, the homeopathic medicine X-Ray is indicated for skin rash, which is aggravated at night. However, your dentist may have prescribed this medicine to you for a different reason. We recommend you talk to your provider to find out. Call us at 1-800-BOIRON-1 if you have any more questions.
First, I found the โX-rayโ tubes on Amazon for those looking for them. They are found under the Boiron store.
Second, there are two potencies available… 200ck and 30C. What is the difference and what does the ck & C stand for?
Lastly, my husband is scheduled for an MRI & a PetScan. Would these help with any side effects/harm radiation has on the body?
Hello! The manufacturing processes of the C and CK scales yield products of different therapeutic applications. The Centesimal scale (the C scale) is diluted at the rate of 1 part of the previous solution to 99 parts of solvent. A different vial is used for each dilution step. We recommend the C scale for self-care, and we offer 6C and 30C dilutions in most retail locations. The C scale extends from 6C to 30C, where 6C is a low dilution and 30C is a high dilution. The Centesimal Korsakovian scale (the CK scale) is also diluted at the rate of 1 part of the previous dilution to 99 parts solvent, using the same vial for each step. The CK scale extends from 6CK to 100,000CK; 200CK is a medium dilution on that scale.
Boiron X-Ray is a homeopathic dilution of X-Ray that relieves itching or skin rash aggravated at night and in bed. If you have further questions, please contact us at 1-800-BOIRON-1 or Info@Boiron.com. Thank you!
Hello, please let us know why X-ray is out of stock everywhere.
Hi Irina,
Our medicine X-ray is out of stock because it has been discontinued. For more information or to provide feedback please call us at 1-800-BOIRON-1.
Thank you!
If I have recently purchased a tube, is it okay to take or was it discontinued for a reason?
Hi Patty,
Boiron X-ray has been discontinued due to sales reasons, not because of a safety issue. If you have Boiron X-ray, you can still take it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks!
