The Jet Lag Relief Kit provides three separate homeopathic medicines — Cocculus indicus 6C, Arnica montana 6C, and Nux vomica 30C — that relieve three types of travel-related conditions.
These unflavored pellets are convenient to take without water while traveling.
The Jet Lag Relief Kit contains three tubes of approx. 80 pellets per tube.

Directions
- Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Dissolve 5 pellets of each medicine under the tongue:
- The day before traveling
- Just before travel
- At the onset of symptoms, then repeat 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved, or as directed by a doctor.
- Children under 2 years of age: Ask a doctor.

The letters “HPUS” indicate that the components in this product are officially monographed in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States.

Warnings
- Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persists for more than 3 days or worsens, new symptoms occur, or if redness or swelling is present. These could be signs of a serious condition.
- If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
- Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact Poison Control Center right away.
