How to Take SleepCalm®
Learn about taking different forms of SleepCalm. When using SleepCalm, use only as directed. Always read and follow label directions. If you have questions, we encourage you to talk to your health care provider or contact the Boiron Information Center at 1-800-BOIRON-1.
SleepCalm Tablets
For adults and children 12 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth at bedtime. For children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor.
SleepCalm On the Go Pellets
For adults and children 12 years of age and older: Dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue at bedtime. For children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor.
SleepCalm Kids liquid Doses
Children 3 years of age and older: Give 1 dose at bedtime, and again during the night if needed for up a total of 2 doses per night.
- Tear open the foil pouch at the notched edge.
- Snap off one pre-measured dose.
- Twist to open.
- Squeeze entire contents into mouth.
SleepCalm Kids Pellets
For children 3 years of age and older: Dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue at bedtime, and again during the night if needed, for up to a total of 2 doses per night. For children under 3 years of age: Ask a doctor.
