Graphic Designer

Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing targeted, creative solutions using brand strategies and graphic standards. This person will design and produce print collateral, displays, digital ads and internal communications pieces for several different internal clients.  They will report to the Creative Director and work in tandem with the Sr. Graphic Designer to ensure the overall Boiron look is maintained throughout all creative pieces.

Responsibilities:

• Production and design of digital and print-based campaign collateral for multiple departments including landing pages, video graphics, merchandising, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Ability to work with various vendors and different production specifications, including but not limited to: printers, photographers, illustrators, tradeshow vendors, packaging companies.
• Takes the lead on maintaining consistency within packaging images and keeping an accurate archive.
• Establishes and maintains clear communication with project stakeholders and collaborators to ensure results meet expectations.
• Works closely with Creative Director and other team members to ensure consistency in overall look for Boiron.
• Ensures documentation of and compliance with proper internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent) with a concentration in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communications Design or similar.
• Strong background in production and design for both printed and digital materials.
• 3-5 years professional experience preferred.
• Proficient in MAC OS and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with multiple page layout and design a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Stays current with graphic design software, technology changes and developments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while producing high quality work.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and self-regulate workflow.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
